Anyone can make a piece of clothes for kids but we make stylish and comfortable merchandise for kids for the age group of 0-14 years. Mr Ansul Agarwal, Managing Director and founder of Dhananjai Lifestyle Limited, had created brand "Eteenz" in the year 1999, and since then engaged in the garments industry. Mr Ansul Agarwal,had formed the Company in the name of Dhananjai Lifestyle Limited, on 18th Day of May 2007, in Kolkata, which began with the chase of a dream of a world class unit. With more than 2 decades of experience and in-depth understanding of the industry and market needs we can deliver the best in our genre. We have a heritage of leadership to honour and preserve.

At present the Company has its Ten own brands such as, “Mom’s Love”, “Game Begins”, “Wildwoods”, “Eteenz ”, “Fisher Price”, “Moms Love Toddlers”, "Tinyo", “Denikids”, “Minute Mirth”,"Blessed", "Happy Faces".

Our Company has been awarded as the India largest Character Licensing Company. We specialized in manufacturing of apparels in knits and woven. We have fully equipped, modern, manufacturing factories, based in Howrah. With a Capacity to produce large scale of garments in a month. We have full-fledged in-house design team creating and developing exciting collections each season.

We provide Complete Back-end support to all retailers, distributors, Large Format Stores, Online channel. The organized retail segment for such value Kidswear is vastly untapped with only few players operating in an organized and professional manner. The company has aggressive plans to go pan India, through the distributor route, large format stores, online channel & through company owned stores.

Character Merchandising

Understanding the demand of character merchandise for kids, we have taken licences for “Motu Patlu, Shiva, Tom & Jerry, Superman, Batman, Jungle Book, Dora, Justice League, Yogi Bear, Scooby Doo, We Bare Bears, MMLM, Ben10, Peanuts, Peppa Pig, Shimmer & Shine , Looney Tunes , Paw Patrol, Spongebob, TMNT, Blaze , etc.

Mr Ansul Agarwal, the founder and the Managing Director of the Company, whose vision backed by a strong managerial team comprising of senior merchandisers, designers, graphic artists, technical design analysts and quick decision making policies has resulted in the setting up of 3 manufacturing units for knits & woven garments, each equipped with top of the line machinery and state of the art infrastructure.

About Products

We produce our own branded products and also produce character license products for boys, girls and infants starting from 0-14 years age. Our products include t-shirts, co-sets, singles, dungaree, nightwear, baba suits, Shorts, Jamaican, Jeans, Trousers, Track Pants, frocks, etc.

We also produce branded products for Mens and Womens category which includes T-shirt.
We use different kinds of fabrics, keeping comfort of our customers in mind, such as cotton, cotton poly-plated, inter-lock, sinkers, etc. with good quality for different products which we maintain throughout the year.

Our products are manufactured in our own factory which is located at Respect Industrial Hub, Sankrail in Howrah, where we maintain safety and hazard free environment. We have our own warehouse for storing of the raw materials and finished goods, which is located at Respect Industrial Hub, Sankrail in Howrah.

Management Profile

Mr Ansul Agarwal, who is the Managing Director of the Company, has completed his graduation from Calcutta University, and has an experience of more than 18 years in the textile industry. Mr Agarwal is very innovative, and creative person. He has implemented the latest technologies for digital printing,which helped to enhance the quality of products and also shorten the duration. Mr Agarwal had invented the new idea of production of garments with character license. His perseverance resulted the Company with award of “India’s Largest Character Licensing Company in India.

Mr Ansul Agarwal, was previously the member of the Board of Directors of Burnpur Cement Limited, at the time of his directorship in Burnpur Cement Limited, Mr Agarwal had advised on various financial strategy, in his professional capacity.

He is energetic and self -motivated person having great strength of nourishing the leadership qualities in young members which build organisation strength and immensely help to grow and sustain in this competitive business environment.
